Well numbers have been counted, and confirmation phone calls have been made.

We are 14 for the bus and Cascade tour (which can take a couple more if there are any latecomers)

20 for dinner.

11 for Lark (might be able to take a couple more)

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

The bus will be leaving MONA at 1.30pm SHARP. It is branded "Scenic Tours" and will have "AFF" on the front. Departure time is important as we need to get to the brewery before 2.15pm to get everyone checked in.

If you have paid a concession rate for Cascade, you must bring the appropriate concession card, or you will be required to make up the difference.

And "everyone must wear long trousers, flat fully enclosed shoes, no dangly jewellery" or else you will not be admitted.

Speaking of MONA, I suggest everyone prints their ferry ticket. I am not sure if we actually need the printed version, but it's better to be safe rather than sorry... and there are no printers available at the Salamanca Saturday morning markets

Ok , now that Im back from my 4 day trip to WLG , Im now looking forward to HBA this Friday . As I'm heading down on Friday morning , hiring a car and plan to spend the day exploring some of the East Coast before heading back into HBA in the late afternoon , I was thinking that on my way back I could possibly swing past HBA airport at around 5pm and pick up a few AFF'ers that may need a lift into the city .
