Tasmania @ Siglo - 2-4pm Sunday 31st March ($65)
A stellar line up of Tassie’s finest will be there, from the south we’ll have Glaetzer-Dixon, Lubiana, Meadowbank, Sailor Seeks Horse and Stargazer, with more to come. The northern collective will feature Dalrymple, Holyman, Two Tonne Tasmania and more. Jim Chatto’s Mania Wines from all around the Isle will join us as well. We’ve also asked our favourite gin distiller Dasher + Fisher to join the party and freshen the palate. To round out our offering we’ll have Pyengana cheddar and house-cured northern Tasmanian wallaby!
