I timed it right this time. Went to 60% cash back in March and sold a little since. ...
I went 100% cash just after Christmas not wanting to get burned as happened in earlyish 2020.

Just need to speculate on the nadir but no rush.

I thought you might 😃.

Note how the "press" can be manipulated to tell a particular story to either instill euphoria or fear.
Though your chart says another 20 - 25% drop from here to get to the 2020 low. And the trajectory of this weeks chart says we are likely to get there with a weak resistance just below 6000.

We aren't even below the key retracement level of the March 2020 low to the January 2022 high. That's still bullish.

Of course the headline price is…"interesting" …really just what folks are prepared to pay today.
Something like the value and quantity of shares traded laid over the daily market bid trace would be an interesting graph.
Understanding who is lightening by how much and in what categories would be useful for us mug punters.

IMHO: Good time to put money into Super at low unit prices.

I am not presuming that the market has reached it's lows. There are quite a few commentators suggesting the US maket could lose another 20-30%. If it does we are very likely to follow unless it is really different this time which I doubt.
Just look at this list of US companies and their fall in share price.

With those sort of losses this won't be just a share market blip. You have to think there will be many job losses which will most likely lead to a US recession. That won't help the share market recover.

We used Zillow to buy in the US. Never bothered to become an owner especially when Zillow started buying properties using a bot.
For searching out properties we found the Zillow site quite helpful.
