Paging @DrRalph Cromwell is at 85c - are you a seller today?
Seriously????? The timing of your message is uncanny!

Just put in an order to sell all of my CMW @ $0.85!

To be precise my order went in at 3:40 PM. Your message was posted 3 mins later...is big brother watching me?

And to be more precise, I've placed sell orders today for the following (taking profits):

CGF
LLC
CMW
NHW
WOW
ALL

I've purchased:
ANZ
WAM

Haven’t done much as i have been in the US for a holiday. Inflation over there is really hurting low income folks.
Meanwhile CMW recovered to a price where we would not buy. I would sell if i could see something worth buying.
Rentals in LA County can increase on August 1st by 10% under their rent control system.
Would love to have shares in IN-N-OUT store on the northside of Los Angeles Airport. The crowds there are massive.
Am happy with COGs progress in making profits.

I went for the Orica Share purchase Plan, then the Kalium Lakes issue and finally the Mallee Resources issue. So explosives, Fertilizer and a bit of nickel mining in Tasmania.
We sold Kalium around 21 cents and going back in at 4 cents.Orica will cost in the $15 to $16 range. Mallee at 70 cents after their reconstruction from 7 cents. Mallee had to leave Myanmar which was disappointing at the time. Those last two are pretty speculative compared with BHP.

Well @samh004 Latitude CEO is bailing after about 4 years. Latitude remains a financial bottom feeder and we never got fooled by their BS. We do have a 28 Degrees account to pay our London flat cleaner and nothing else.

This past week I received calls from Aspen APZ and Acumentis ACU chiefs as we have bigger long term holdings.
Aspen picked up 500 odd properties from the Buckeridge family and post renovation will make a pretty good result in these Perth apartments.
i use Acumentis for property valuations.
Am hoping to get to the AGMs of those two as well as Qantas,Waterco and Macquarie Group.
The MACA takeover MLD is happening now.
I still like Vita Life Sciences which is VLS as they are going ok with sales and profits.
Unlike others we only sell shares if we feel the company has no ability to make profits.Of course there are plenty of those companies.

Had a nibble in Bank of Queensland which is BOQ. Started paying attention as they bought out Members Equity Bank more than a year ago. No one knows when they will hit a bottom this time but at around $6.87 I decided to get some.

Trying to figure out why I never bought Lynas LYC shares. I am hoping to get some in this weeks downturn.

Me too. Didn't Coles want to buy them out few years ago? Failed / didn't go thru obviously.
Haven't followed them recently.

I bought SYA after a heavy recommendation on the Discord forum(refugees from Motley Fool) for
.14. Chickened out at .25. Still, better than nothing.

We have quite a few dividends heading our way. Will probably invest them a little more slowly in the next 3 months as the.market adjusts.
