There is no process, no precedent, and likely insufficient will , but it seems (arguably?) useful to suspend share trading on all International markets for 8 weeks.
So many small businesses are heading for the wall as the world grinds to a halt.
In au the banks are guaranteed , the gov't should immediately tie that indemnity to a command that banks keep everyone afloat until the crisis is over.
In a crisis , everyone loses sight of the bigger picture...
