Had a look at a UK property company’s statements tonight called LAND and they have to deal with quite a few tenants closing or going into administration or some other form of bankruptcy. I am not ready for that one just now.
Kogan has gone up despite their poor after sale /service reputation.
VCX Vicinity and SCG Scentre the two main listed mall operators locally were hit hard early though have recovered a little. Suspect some long term pain in the retail sector however.
Agree Kogan service is poor, as are some of their home branded products which are the cheapest white label Chinese products you can get, but they have growth and are the only listed tech retailer of scale.
A comparable but different sector is TPW Temple & Webster, which is now at record highs and the best return in my small portfolio.
