Plenti was a new issue and we use Bell Potter a bit so I was watching it. It wasn’t a sophisticated thing.....just an iPO that was rushed.
It will be rationed as it was popular.

Well, if WAM and Regal are onto it, maybe i should get interested too. That is if we get any as existing lenders on the platform.
I agree.
I mean I can see a big difference between Ratesetter, now Plenti, vs say finder.com.au in terms of being able to generate significant income.

Last week we received an entitlement offer but it had expired by a day. Australia Post is still broken so we missed it. We called the company but it was too late.

As announced on 13 August 2020, Breville Group Limited (ASX:BRG) ("Breville") is pleased to confirm that it has introduced a new Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP"), replacing its previous inactive DRP. The DRP will apply to the final dividend for the year ending 30 June 2020 and will remain in place until further notice.

Plenti should list around September 23rd. Now that will likely change to about 3 weeks earlier than that date.

does it mean they will skip the previously announced lending platform member offer? and/or the public offering as such?

Ramamba we don’t know how the allocations were being worked out. We were simply told no you cannot get that number of shares. We don’t get all we apply for in these smaller issues but we deal with multiple brokers and not everything works out.
Challenger CEL is doing lots of drilling for gold and the results will becoming in the next few weeks. They are trying to prove up a major resource.

We went for FEX yesterday in their placement at $0.145. High grade iron ore with high transport costs can work if iron ore prices don’t slump. Mining should start early 2021 so a pretty short wait and very modest capital requirement to get going.
