My lunch (but was a popular choice) - char grilled octopus with Greek salad

Opened in order:

Spinnifex
Moppa Springs
Amisfield
Misha's

Standout (BEOD for majority) was the Amisfield- so thank you to the cellar master for being so generous. 2nd was Misha's

I left and ran across the road to get the first of my two chariots back to work.

The owners of the Belnaves and Bourgogne were able to take their bottles home on the express understanding that they come back for the next lunch

Thank you to the inaugural attendees and we are looking to arrange this on a regular basis. Special mention to Viridianne who was fortunate to fly up from SYD for a Conference and still able to attend

Thankyou one and all. I have my Bourgogne safely tucked away , however by the time the next one rolls around, I may actually have some of the Monthelie wines I was hoping to bring today. .....
