Quick question team being this is my first event of this type I am assuming everyone wants to get the bill to crank up some points on their respective cards. How do we split the bill? I rarely have much cash in my wallet and I know when I pick up bills, I now hate it when people give me cash rather than just transferring cash to my account.

Oh, and I have firmed to platinum see you all next week

Depends on the venue. If they accept multiple cards than no issues. If one bill per table usually the person who pays gets cash from everyone else. Personally I try to avoid transfers as I tend to forget about them (especially after few glasses of wine).

I suppose it is a matter of personal choice. If they accept multiple card transactions we are good with that. I shall make a point of having cash as well. However like ozmat I tend to not carry a lot of cash on me.

+1. Had many a BYO lunch and a daughter's 21st here. There's a raised area at the back that suits a table of 12 or more. Decent stemware too.

I operate a cashless society so I will just have to front the bill on my card .
