3nts LAS - Gallaghers Steakhouse in New York New York - it may not be the original but it is still excellent / 3nts BNA - no idea here / 5nts Houston where we are already booked into Pappas Bros - good mate of mine still in meat game says its the best steakhouse in the world! Mind you 3 to 4 x the price we will be paying at Olive Tree.

cove I am worried mate - Weagles just looked too good last Friday night - best you head down to Freo and give Sandy and Pav a right ol' rev up! At the risk of serfty never talking to me again - but IMHO Nic Nat leapt over Cyril as most watchable AFL player with his dominant performance last week - he might just be the difference regardless of who they play.

Let's stick to footy discussion but - what was the best part of Sunday's battle at the G?

The game? The weather? Nope - the crowd - 92,000 who cheered every player every minute of the game - 92,000 'foolball lovers' - not a boo to be heard.

Friday night at Suby? 45,000 people booing Adam Goodes - absolutely DISGRACEFUL - so now that's the Freo crowd and Weagle crowd who have booed an all time great - who have booed an ornament of the game - you want to try telling me there is not a racist under current here? If you believe that you would probably believe in Santa too.

All my life I believed Australia was a country which revered and loved sporting heros - yet in the last few years we have seen a clown crowd at Melbourne Park boo Raffa when his back was so bad in an Australian Open Final that he could just not compete and now we have seen the WA crowds boo an legend of our indigenous game - sad days indeed!

Was passed again by a 75 year old (approx) gent on a bike who did not seem to be cranking hard so I am just guessing he had help. Did a 45 minute ride as it was a glorious blue sky.
I will get a message to the coach to win the next one by 4 goals. Perth people are scrambling for flights and accommodation and reports say the prices are up.
We have 6 Dockers tickets and 10 Eagles (Indian Pacfic note holdings) so we should get in.
Enjoy LOTFAP to the max!
With Adam Goodes our group of six did not boo him nor anyone else.

And that night (well next morning) daylight savings will start so you can have a really late night with one less hour.

Freo supporters still welcome - serfty is a very good winner - he won't rub it in. Again a reminder - post game drinks at Royce Hotel and dinner at Olive Tree at 8pm.

And then there were two! Weagles V Hawks next Saturday - all the hallmarks of a classic.

But I am left wondering - is the State of Western Australia actually sufficiently civilised to warrant finals football in the future? Some attendees actions and incidents this season certainly have many questioning same.

But back to the game in hand - what odds we might see a cameo appearance of Angry Anderson in the Batmobile on the G next week as we did in 1991 at Waverley? What a classic!

Aren't you just so very civilised!
Have a very close look at some of the marvellous things done in the crowd at "The home of Football" in "The world's most liveable city". There are none so blind etc.

Perth doesn't have a monopoly on idiots, but there are an awful lot of oh so sophisticated Melburnians who seem to believe they're a much higher evolved lifeform.

Damn! I Was hoping cove would be the one to take the bait:

He's probably happily sleeping off a celebratory drink or two.

I, on the other hand, am languishing at work and have yet to see the game. :(

I am in Houston and missed it live also - saw a bit of the replay and Weagles as we expected were very good - hopefully will be in for a scorcher next week - game not weather that is!

Spent the morning to try and find a reasonably priced fare ... hm even looked at Perth - KL - Melbourne, Perth - HK -Melbourne but school holidays are a killer :-)

One power ball and I am booked

QF are calling people red ticket holders and offering them reasonable priced upgrades to J with the intent of reselling the Y tickets for a few bucks more

Whatever the cost the opportunity to sit and be educated by penegal at his post game analysis will certainly make it look cheap!

Are we talking about Collingwood
No I think that was squarely referenced towards this little Bombers supporter 'moi' - but that's no biggie - we at Bomberland are very thick skinned - and we are going to bounce back post WADA big time - as soon as Woosha heads us up well be back on the gear quicker than you can say Benny or Kerry or Mainy or Chicky - you just watch us fly!

Don't forget AFF get together post 2015 AFL Grand Final - post game drinks at Royce Hotel (Walking distance from MCG) - then dinner at 8pm at The Olive Tree (Walking distance from Royce Hotel). All AFFers more than welcome to attend.

Oops. Would love to come .. but have a prior engagement. EY455 in F apartment :) .
