rude indeed. Double figures would be no worries. Whether it is a negative or positive sign in front of those double figures is another story

Yes that was weird when some wine turned up at our end of the table, oops,

I hope the bottle of Shiraz that serfty organized was an ok drop.

It was a good night, I should remember that cruiser chooses restaurants that over feed us, so need to remember that.

I had to run as where I was staying my friend locked the keys in his place so had to organize a replacement and now too old to do an all nighter as suggested by one AFFer.

Thank you all and sundry for a lovely evening. OT delivered again, my steak was superb.

Next time we should make sure they order ahead for more red wine as we drunk them out of the Leconfield Cab Sauv.

Had to laugh at the first exchange between Cruiserette and penegalette - 'So are you one of the AFF people who chase FF pts every minute of every day?' - 'Hell no - he does that' pointing at penegal - the meeting of kindred spirits - the 3 girls had a right old yap session from there on.

An unfortunate air of inevitability with this one, I'm hoping it happens later rather than sooner. While this is not the thread to discuss such a thing at length (and it is unconfirmed, I'm sure a separate robust discussion will happen if/when it is) I for one will rue the demise of a daytime GF just for the sake of a few extra bucks (one game of the year is not going to drastically increase the amount in the coffers) from the TV rights, a few extra farmers in Queensland being able to watch the game, and yet even more fireworks, which the people running these things seem obsessed with, though they are hardly new or an innovation of any sort.

Anyway, sorry for the mini-rant, and hope to catch you post-game at the OT next year!
