Tried to "upgrade" to Works Deluxe and saw the same message. I had to call the call centre. Gave up yesterday after one and a half hours then tried this morning. I was answered after 56 minutes and made my enquiry. I was put on hold while the staff member went to make an enquiry. The hold was followed by the survey, I gave a 1 for everything, and then cut off. Amazingly I was called back after about 10 minutes and the request logged. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.Where are you seeing the ability to upgrade to works deluxe using a recognition upgrade online.

Upgrade successful!!! There is already a "works Deluxe" review so I can compare. Did one many years ago when Koru Club was included, but not any more. Yes but I was upgraded in August last year.Since being upgraded to full Gold through this promotion, has anyone received their full Gold pack mailed out?
