Air Pacific 737 and QFF

SC's posted today for the flight back, but only at the Economy rate.. where I paid to upgrade to the business cabin at the airport.
Should I contact QFF and send through the receipt and boarding passes, has anyone else had any recent experience with paid upgrades and getting the correct Business SC's?

Do you know the new fare bucket for the segment you paid to sit in Business (don't use the word "upgrade" here;)).

i.e. Was a booking class printed on your BP?

Are you still able to see your original booking?

Air Pacific don't print the booking class on the BP's, the BP's are identical to QF's just with a FJ logo on it.

No can't see my original booking anymore (both the QF codeshare PNR, or the FJ PNR).

Checked both PNR's and both still have my original Y seats listed, and economy listed.
in my QFF activity it comes up as:
QF 396 ECONOMY/BUSINESS xxDEC12 NADI/MELBOURNE
UPGRADE REF xx_xx_
