They are no longer available. They are only offered if you downgrade from the Platinum Charge Card.

I dont even think downgrade works. Is there a recent case where it worked?

I just spoke to AMEX thinking about cancelling platinum as renewal upcoming they advise can downgrade to gold or green through them

I've had a green card for many decades and it currently has over 200,000 rewards points.
BUT I am not seeing a way to convert some to QFF points. I know I have done this some time ago.
I do not want an Amex credit card.

What benfit does the green have?

I had an Amex green card for a long time but quite some time ago they converted it to a "Rewards Advantage" charge card which allows points transfers to airlines. IIRC they they did this without asking me.
