Sorry, I just want to be 100% - I understand that supps don't count but Mrs Calgarychris and I have between us:

2 x plat charge
2 x reserve
1 x explorer
1 x edge

All main accounts, obviously with supps all over the place (including friends and family). Would this offer allow us to pick up 6 x 20,000 pts if we insured ourselves multiple times?

Thanks

Possibly . Though you might not if u take out multiple policies for the same person as per t &cs .
But possibly if u take out separate policies for different people .

Although message 101 confirms having received bonus points for multiple policies for same person .

I believe this should work.

I believe this should work.

Hmm, interesting. Points drop 30 days after first premium is paid (60 days in) and a minimum of 6 months payments? If that's correct, this would be about $250 for 120,000 MR. And downside might be a month's premium on four policies (assuming they only pay out on one per client) for one month?

Hmm, I've done one, I'll have a think about the others.

I have an amex account in my name and would like to take advantage of this offer. Can I apply for the insurance for someone who is not a supplementary cardholder and has no links to the account (aka a friend)? Or does the person being insured have to have some connection to the amex card being used to pay for the insurance?

Thanks.

You. Can try paying annually which is charged right away . That way if the points are not credited you would still be within the 30 day cooling off period allowing you a full refund .

Can I ask roughly how age is affecting the quotes? Just wondering because my application could be for an over 60 year old but may be she is better off doing what all good Hollywood actresses do and snip off at least 30 years.

My quote - female non smoker 57 - came out at $27 per month. Used nephew, non smoker, 19 and came out at $10.95 per month - obviously they don't think he would be as responsible as a 36 yr old non smoking male @ $6 month. Come to think of it, I know he's not!

Those quotes sound very high. Make sure you select Ezicover and slide the payout amount down to $50,000. That should help lower the premium.

Yes, did that and just checked again - now down to $24.37 per month

Hi guys.
I have both the Explorer and Velocity Platinum card.

If i take out a policy for myself on the Explorer card and a policy for a family member on the Velocity Platinum card,
does it mean that i will get 20k MR points and 20K Velocity points ?

And can i cancel the policies by emailling then after 6 months ?

So.....not a single mention in the entire application of any bonus points? Is that correct?

As long as you have their permission, I don't see why not.

I signed up a policy for myself, the better half and three brothers. Five Amex cards between Mr Mikeeb and I, so hoping for 100k bonus points all up.
