Hmm ... did purchases for three cards on Sunday evening.

These have now shown up online with a transaction date of Oct 5th.

I do have confirmation emails from Qantas showing 4th October ...

Hmmm ...
No problems ... the three $50 credits showed up today (Dated 6th).

FWIW, there were two accounts and the credits were for 2 Primary cards and one Supplementary card.

This was a good deal - I managed 6 x $50- credits. I received an email confirmation for each one at the time of use.

1 primary, 5 supplementary

I spent $350 on 03 October, statement for month closed on 04 October and $50 credit received (+$0.02 interest adjustment) on 05 October.

This offer is now back, but it's at a lower $250 spend this time. Expires 13/11.

The offer I received is different: "when you book 3 times with Qantas by 13 December 2015, American Express is giving you up to 20% of the total cost as a credit to your Card account - up to a maximum of $200 credit".
