I could really use the points but I don't want to risk losing my Amex card if I do something wrong. I have friends and relatives but I def wouldn't give them the card. You do need to supply an Australian phone number, but that's it. Could try just inputting your own number. No ID required. Click through and see what the questions they ask. You can always back out.
Can you limit an AU? Like if you want someone to be able to use a small amount in an emergency but not be able to go on a spending spree? If I had kids, I would want them to have maybe a $200 limit if they needed an Uber or something in an emergency but not go shopping any time they wanted.
