I can see it on my charge card and all my charge supps. Don't have any other cards anymore.

How do you navigate to the shops? I can click on the link to see shops but doesn’t let me click into them individually just can see a list.

Just tried the chat function, only to be told he couldn't manually add one of my cards.

I don't doubt they will not be keen to encourage a flood of manual regos. I guess I got in early.

Got it on all 7 of mine, including supps..
1. Log in, log out and log in again. Wasn't there for me at first, then some shopsmall even appeared at bottom of all older offers!
2. For supps, try clicking on last 5 digits in top right of screen of main card login, select additional cardholders.

Apologies, read it on OzBargain, and when I logged in on iPad it looked like the offers changed, even though I couldn’t get to them....thought it was a mobile login/iPad issue and was going to try on desktop.

Shop Small offer seems targeted this year - only available so far on 6 of my 13 cards.

Don't believe it is targeted. Keep trying. IT problems apparent at AMEX. It did take me nearly an hour at 3am to get the offer to appear on all of my cards.

Yes. Been like this for a few years. Was previously more generous.

I managed to register another card via the App

Interestingly, registering a Primary card seemed to register a Supplementary card as well.

I was a bit confused as I did the former and went to register the supplimentary card to find it already registered.

Is that true ? How can one confirm that?

One thing though, merchants who use Square seem not to be appearing on there. Has anyone seen an example of merchants with square still appearing?

Is that true ? How can one confirm that?

The same happened to me but then when I went back in to the supps to check (OCD!!), the had all disappeared and I had to save them again.

Weird thing is I cannot save it to just one (supp) of my 7 cards. The chat dude told me to wait until 5pm AEST. Perhaps it'll go up on AmexConnect then?

Also not appearing on two of my supps. These two are only ever used for Amex offers.... all other cards have worked fine
