I received it this morning. It was my January Aquire points balance email.

After many years I've received an elusive bonus status credit offer but have purchased quite a few gift vouchers for my own use... if I use these will it qualify..???

You should receive the bonus SC, but it may require a phone call or two. The original purchase date of the voucher (and hence creation date of the PNR) falls outside the offer conditions, so the bonus may not be automatic.

im hoping that mine will credit as the gift voucher date PNR expiry date was Dec 31. The actual flight was booked Dec 30, but e-ticket not actually invoiced and balance paid until yesterday.

Thanks for that . . . as that was my concern as I knew the original number and date stuck. I'm not averse to a phone call or two, particularly when the end result is worthwhile
