probably browser based - I am using chrome on an iPad.Safari on the iPad not working either - about to go and try chrome and explorer on my desk top.....I have not had any issues the past 2-3 days using Internet Explorer.
Strange how some people are OK yet others having issues.
Good theory but that didn't work either so I am currently down 5 bookings - hope they come back soon. Qantas advise this is a known error and they are working on a fix......
Thanks for the idea - just tried it, but it didn't fix it....I had to check the 'Veiwing Tips' which is right at the bottom of the screen, there was only one green tick so I emptied my cache/cookies etc and that fixed it.
Don't know if it might work for you but worth a shot.

After my bookings disappeared yesterday they have stuck around today. (Safari on Mac OSX).
No problems today. Using iPad.
Bought a gift voucher a couple of hours ago and still waiting for it to work. Rang help desk and the agent was quite surprised at the delay. It has been escalated due to it being a 'known IT bug'. Hmmm.
PNR has been issued, but no credit card debit yet.Doesn't sound good
