Anyone received online mall points lately?

Will be interesting to see what happens with my DJ purchase of $2.3k (MacBook Air and iPad). $2.1k was paid utilising DJ gift cards obtained at 10% off face value with the remaining $200 paid with my Qantas Premier Mastercard to grab the 1200 points for > $150 spend on offer. The 1200 points posted after 4 business days.

I've yet to receive a confirmation email from the Online Mall. I have kept my DJ emails and invoices.

Interestingly I used some screen capture software to show that I logged in correctly and had cookies activated (on a separate window and went back to it a few times during the purchasing process). Problem is it's a 37MB file so not sure how I'll get that to QF should I need to.

I have already sent invoices and everything else in to make a claim. Will see how I go!

I had a DJs purchase through the online mall credit recently and it took just over 100 days.

They seem to be coming, but gosh they are getting slow. Also, the transaction I made on 'Hardtofind' hasn't shown up after several weeks. Not everything seems to be communicating. I also noticed they completely re-jigged the Mall page today, so I wouldn't be shocked to see things break a bit.

With the release on the new Apple products, has anyone ordered through Apple and the Online Mall and gotten a confirmation mail a few days after?

I ordered 2 x Apple Watches 7 days ago via the Online Mall link to Apple and no e-mail(s) received. I also made some orders on eBay straight after that and received my confirmation promptly. What's everyone else's experiences with Apple?

I find the email notifications hit and miss, but the transactions reliably appear at Shopping History | Qantas Shopping within a week

The top of that page says "Purchases usually appear within 2-7 days.If more than 15 days have passed, please contact us."

Often apple has points exemptions on new products in the first few weeks of release. The points, if awarded, can take a few days to show up in your history. Additionally Apple points have taken a while to arrive in my account lately, with a wait of around 90 days.

Just realised this doesn’t really answer your question. I have had Apple take a week longer than Ebay for notifications to come through.

Thanks for your responses. I'll keep checking the Shopping History links over the next fortnight to establish if they're coming through:)

So no luck after 15 days. Previously sent email, with requested info, has been followed up by a phone call. Have been advised to call back in 30 days as a case has been launched.

Bugger, but thanks for that.

Purchase from 23rd May posted on 20th September (Zanui) and a Wiggle purchase from 27th July posted 29th September.

Apple - purchased 25/6 posted 29/9
eBay - purchased 26/8 posted 29/9

The Iconic - purchased 27/5, credited 29/9 (at least they're working their way through the list - 4 months is a long time for points to credit!)

Kogan - purchased 10/9 points credited 26/10

...but annoyingly only at 1pt per $... I have a screenshot of the offer saying 2pts per $ will this suffice in going to QF with?

No harm in trying. I contacted them weeks ago about a purchase I made when the promo was 4 pts per $ at Woolworths, but they’ve just shrugged me off and awarded 2pts per $. My purchase was only about $40 odd so did not bother with the extra 80 points. To be fair I did not take a screenshot of the 4 pts per $ promo and will do in the future.

thanks for the reply.
did they ask for proof?

I have purchases dating back to May. Worth several thousand dollars all up.

First email to QFF initially said please wait up to 100 days. That has well passed. 2nd, 3rd and 4th follow up email with all the invoices attached went unanswered.

Wanted to create a new support ticket and used a different email address and received another auto reply.

Fed up I called last week and was transferred to the "Awards Platinum team." Agent was lovely, could see I had logged into the mail but the "retailer hasn't confirmed you completed a purchase."

She said she has to raise a ticket for each item and rather than keep me on hold would submit and call me back next week.

In future I won't even bother. It's nor worth the effort or the frustration.

sounds incredibly frustrating!!

thanks for the reply.

No, they did not ask for proof. They said they’ll get back to me but thats was so long ago I’ve been clearly long since forgotten about. I reckon anyone making purchases through the mall when bonus points per $ promos are on around Christmas should be prepared not to receive bonus points at all since their system clearly has alot of faults (or be prepared to scrap for each point pretty much).
