So, AFF did a 1st lounge run to mark the end of easy JQ35 runs... I'm guessing a lounge "non run" before August 15 to mark the end of ATA? I guess out of principle this would have to be at your closest lounge? LOL!

The 14th is a Tuesday.. JQ35 F lounge run followed by ATA in the Virgin lounge in Melb ? Shame its a work day lol..Or flying JQ/QF only on that day...

Which T&C did they change?
(Indeed, where on the Velocity site did they say there was ATA?)
But that's not ATA at all, that's just normal lounge access.
So let's not bring the legal argument in, because it's probably too murky and irrelevant.
As a business, when you're not competing on value (ATA), you are competing on price.
Businesses that compete in this fashion almost always fail in the end.
