It was a toss up between the two will submit the Kenai River tomorrow.

It is amazing how many 100 mile rivers there are.

A world record fish caught there = Kenai River where the world record king salmon was caught.

Does anyone think that we'll actually get any points?

I suppose we will find out soon, must admit the challenge is worth it alone ;)

I can neither confirm nor deny that I may or may not have received some points for this.

And I can confirm nor deny that despite putting Royal in the answer for week two, points were awarded ;)

Now, where in Okinawa is this weeks picture, mind you I still think Panama is in the running, I would not be surprised if a red herring is put in the flash code.

The flower in the bottom right hand corner, partially obscured looks a bit like a rafflesia, which would put it on Borneo.

Looks like there was a red herring in the flash code, now Sabah is the front runner.

Google and wiki tell me that the world's largest is found in Borneo or Sumatra. Of the sumatran national parks in wiki and wikitravel Kerinci Seblat National Park is listed as having the rafflesia arnoldi, Kerinci Seblat National Park - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and it is near the coast. But it talks about camping and not really a resort.

Would sumatra be too general do you think?

Or Sabah?

The pictures put it all around Sabah, but clue 1 about several reality shows being filmed there is a bit of a problem. I know there was a season of Survivor filmed on Borneo but that hardly constitutes 'several'.

There was also survivor Palau. I'm not sure exactly where that is but I thought it was near borneo?

I put in the national park that has the five islands. Something Abdul rahmann national park. One of the islands has accommodation on it and also virgin jungle and the flower. At least according to wiki.

Palau, of Survivor fame is in Micronesia.

Pulau Tiga is where the Borneo Survivor was filmed. Similar names, but different places!

Well I was wrong again. That's what happens with guessing. ;)
Thanks for clearing it up.

Sabah has had quite a few reality shows, including the Amazing Race and the Eco Race.

I only entered for week one only and had forgotten while in Europe.

Checking my account today I can neither confirm nor deny the receipt of 1½k points.

I'll try for week 4 now ...

Sabah, Malaysia is a very general answer for week 4.

I can't remember if I guessed just Sabah on one of the days
