Card Offers ANZ Frequent Flyer Black: 130,000 Qantas Points + $200 back

You probably aren't eligible for the bonus then. You need to have had the account closed for 12 months, and if it remained open due to having a credit balance, that probably makes you ineligible. I'd be calling ANZ ASAP to plead your case.
Here's the thing the account was closed and I have a closing date. It was only months later that the credit was added to the account. Surely they can't reactivate the account. Funnily enough the credit was from a cancelled Classic Rewards flight.

If you have met the minimum spend and have not received the bonus points, ANZ's IT system almost certainly doesn't consider you to be a new customer so I would be calling them up to inquire.

No need to rush at all. According to what @FeirceWorm said, just wait till the second statement comes out. If nothing happens by that time, then call ANZ to ask. I think the sign-up points will be credited in due course.

You should have already got the 160k points hit your QF account, which perhaps come in two transactions (100000+60000), just like mine? ;)
I expect them to arrive with this month's regular points scrape, which is expect to land in a few days (based on last month's landing date).

It will be nice if they come in two transactions, but just showing as one lump of 160K in the ANZ system.

check you ANZ on-line account after the first statement has been received and you have commenced your second monthly statement cycle. Mine showed as 160K in the on-line Rewards details pretty much from the start of the second billing cycle, but expect them to land in QFF account after the end of the second billing cycle.

Is this in the app or only on the desktop?

Can someone please remind me when the cashback on the membership fee is meant to land? Is it at the same time as the QF FF points?

My $225 credit arrived just after the end of my first statement period. Statement end date was 19th September, first month's spend points landed into QFF on 20th September, and $225 credit arrived in my account 21 September.

Seems this offer has recently reverted to 110k points only and no extra 30k points for exisitng members. I could have sworn last week it was still 130k non member and 160k members.

I understand the previous offer for 130K points was for 100K after meeting spend requirement (paid after second statement) and an additional 30K after payment of the second year annual fee. many people looking to churn cards did not hold it long enough to get te extra 30K and were not willing to pay the second year annual fee for the extra 30K.

It is now my understanding that the new/current 110K points is all paid after meeting the spending requirement. No longer needig to wait for second year for the extra points.

I am not aware if the 160K offer for existing ANZ customers is still available,

app and online banking seems to show the 110k offer for me, same as available externally

Last week I checked and the 130k non member offer was there, now it's 110k.
The 160k is definently not there now for members.

For most people here, the new 110K offer is going to be more attractive than the previous 100K + 30K offer. But the 160K offer was great while it lasted since it was very easy to open a bank account to become an existing member before applying for the card.

160 and 130 offers expired last week. :( There is a new Qantas offer for 20k if you haven't had a QF earning card in last 12 months

An absolute cracker of an offer it was, the $160K. I had applied for the CC on ANZ website and got the 130K. At that time, the 160K was offered only when applied via mobile app and as I had applied on the website, I was ineligible.

Then after a few weeks, I was browsing this thread and someone had posted that they were able to talk to customer support at ANZ and request for the 160K points. So I went down that route, messaged ANZ on their mobile app, explained that I had been with ANZ for a few years now and I did not know that I had to apply using the app to get the 160K points and it would be great if they can consider my request to provide me with 160K points, instead of the original 130K points. The agent processing my request told me that he is going to send my request to the loyalty team and it's upto them to decide on this matter. It took about a week for the agent to get back, but later it was confirmed that I will be getting the 160K points.

I got the points in the 2nd statement and I got all the 160K points as well (The offer I had applied was 100K for first year and 30K second year after paying the yearly fee).

I wonder if you would still get an extra 30K after paying the second year annual fee?

I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work ... but then, my aim was churning, so the sooner I close the cards, the sooner I can churn them again ...
