I spent two periods on hold for 3 hours yesterday with no luck. I did lodge a complaint and suggested that if they can’t manage to answer the phone given the large volume of calls then perhaps they could just issue vouchers for Virgin that I can redeem myself. I’ll try again first thing on Monday and hopefully will be able to get through.
