Skoogle came down from the Star Class cabin to pleb class so we could have a chat. Turns out he wasn't really in "Star Class" after all!

Quite disgusting, in my opinion, and that's being awfully nice. :evil:

I have just finished discussions with Jetstar on this less than "Star Class" experience. It wasn't easy getting in touch with someone that listen. It appears the CSM involved, who was helpful to my face, did not pass on my comments.

Jetstar will be making arrangements for me to re-experience their offering. This will go well with my newly comp'd Platinum status.

Yes, full name and base. I requested a complaint inflight based on the trouble others have had when waiting to make a post-flight complaint. The CSM wrote his details on the boarding pass and was a little weird that I took a picture of the boarding pass.

The Jetstar rep was very professional and explained that she was writing a report and the follow-up that will be done internally.

Good. I'm not taking shots at the CSM but all too often these days there are people in accountable positions who do not want to be held accountable.
