QF's macs have the full sized keyboard, not the compact layout seen here. These keyboards do have the delete key
It does help, immensely!I can now confirm (typing from this computer in the SYD J Lounge) that the Apple Mac's in the SYD J Lounge are "dual boot". You can choose either Windows 7 or Apple O/S. Serfty, hope that this helps and any other users that prefer Windows over Apple.
Actually, the QP Macs have a [control] key. There isn't much to learn. Apple key replaces ctrl in most cases. You won't have a home key. ...
Not Air NZ's AirpointsFlash infested sites such as Qantas work fine on a Mac.
I find my portable wireless USB mouse works fine when plugged in. TGFT, as I find the 'magic mouse' far too sensitive and frustrating ('centre click' end up scrolling half a page )How many Buttons? Where's centre Click? Scroll?
...
Command X, Command V. Those cunning folk at Apple made it a different button!
If you want to copy it is Command C.
(I have assumed the relevant part has been selected.)
I'm a [CTRL]/[SHIFT]+[INS] guy myself. ...
Ahhh! But they don't have the [INS] Key :shock:QF's macs have the full sized keyboard, not the compact layout seen here. These keyboards do have the delete key

Haven't needed to touch the [command] key ... [control] works fineI think simongr was pointing out that on OS X you’d use [command] instead of [control], but yes, they still have the [control] buttons on the keyboard.

It is disconcerting. luckily I recent'y learnt on AFF that fn+delete will "delete char to the right of the cursor".
- The [delete] key is disconcerting - I know it's a "delete char to left of cursor" but it's not labelled so.
