April Statement Credit Offers

Just started a new plan with Telstra. Juggling the old expired plan with the new plan resulted in a bill from Telstra for $2.51. Paid this the other day so now waiting for the $50 credit to come through.

You'll spend more than $50 waiting on hold. I heard its so hard to find a huan at Telstra that they called in the bloodhounds and the Missing Persons Unit

....except they were out searching for Amex's new call center

I always seem to get someone pretty quick when calling telstra.
and they are very helpful when giving me credits for complaints:mrgreen:
