Considering I just selected seats for my mother, and its ticketed in I on VA and Z on VS, there is no error here.

I agree there's no error here. But seat selection by itself doesn't necessarily mean there is no error. Plenty of mistake fares in the past people have had ticket numbers, been able to select seats, order special meals. The airlines still cancelled as it was an error.

This is the only time I've seen a fare at that level (relatively) in 20 years. I wouldn't be expecting it to happen again. But - fares are coming down. Airlines need cash. Who knows. But I wouldn't be planning your holiday around waiting for one of these deals.
