Arrivals lounges SAN FRAN

Hi everyone,

I am travelling to San Fran from Australia and will arrive 9am.

I won’t be able to check into my hotel before 2pm and I’d like to freshen up at the airport since I have an event before I’m able to check into the hotel.

Are there any arrivals lounges at san Fran or spas with shower access I can pay to use ?

As per the web page, it's Level 3 in the International Main Hall, which would be landside.
