Having purchased a few of the Coles Father's Day M/C, when I start using them to pay online, will there be any limit to how many I can use, say each day?
Thanks Cove.Hello Duffa I have 3 sets of payroll tax each month that go on credit cards. My Citi Prestige has been ok for this. So far all they stopped was ATO. I do try hard to give Citi some profitable business each month. The earn rate at Citi has reduced but it is still ok. I must check to see if WA and SA payroll tax offices are taking a credit card now.
BW platinum runs 0.5 points per dollar so that earns QFF points for 0.84 cents per dollar (capped at 200,000 points annually).
The problem with Amex cards is the cost of points is mostly 2.9 cents based on a 0.5 points earn and the 1.45% fee. There is one Amex card that earns one point per dollar that someone posted in these 675 pages of posts which I don't have.
HSBC, NAB and ANZ seem to be all gone.
I have a few of these $100 giftcards from the coles flybuys deal. I don't have any fancy business or bas, just a normal individual taxpayer. My tax in myGov has a nice $0 balance. Am I still able to make payments into this and request a refund or just get it all refunded when I complete my tax return?
Not sure if this has been mentioned yet (gosh this thread is long!), but I just noticed that a card purchase fee of $5 applies to the Coles Gift Mastercards.
So disappointing... I thought unfunkable was onto a winner!
Guys , please read my post properly . There was a code on ozbrgain to get the Coles virtual Prepaid card for free .
The 2nd deal is a targeted flybuy offer where the bonus flybuy points converts to Coles dollars that offsets the card purchase fee .
The virtual prepaid credit card in effect let you pay ato with MasterCard or visa and earn points (Amex not accepted for Coles prepaid MasterCard purchases) or else everybody would of been all overt that big time. I don't know if the ozbrgain code still works .
