AUH Midfield Terminal and EY Lounge plans?

I’ll be there in the end of December, hopefully it does open in November, checking my booking still show T3 will be keeping an eye on it and see if it changes to Terminal A

Opening on 1 November:

Etihad aren’t moving in until November 9th for some flights and all flights should be moved over by November 14th
Ah yes. But I'll also be there on 8/9 November, so a double whammy.

Looks like EY Silvers will now have access to the proper EY J lounge at AUH Terminal A.
Unsure if it's temporary or permanent - it has been updated on Etihad's lounge page and Etihad Guest's pages.

As a VA WP, I can't wait to visit the new EY F lounge!
I suspect I never will - despite starting this thread!

My VA WP status has long gone…😳. I’ve not stepped foot on a VA plane since mid 2019 (change of work). But I had hoped to check it out long before then or pass through using points since. But then I also shifted half of my VA points to SQ to hedge my bets ahead of the impending collapse…

Visited the new F lounge last weekend while transiting between MEL and LHR.

Outstanding lounge. May have been the time of day - 0500-0700 - but there were only about 6 of us in the space.

Shower suite much appreciated, as was the a la carte dining menu. Amusing when the attendant asked me how I'd like the salmon on my eggs benedict cooked. My reply "smoked, or very very well done" 😂

The space is beautiful.

Direct boarding from the level below straight onto the A380 to LHR.
