Shame that the Sixers and Thunder are forced to host home finals in Canberra, given the current Covid situation in NSW - they haven't played a home game all season.

I must say happy that the final was selected at the SCG.
As of Monday it was 50% capacity, and today bumped to 75%

Shame for the Aus test team, but after the home summer, we probably don't deserve it.

I remain questionable that a competition in the UK will occure in October anyway.

Not a big supporter of England, but glad to see they beat India in India. Bowled them out in the second innings, something our vaunted attack couldn't do in two tests here in Oz.
That Indian pitch also looked like a "special" for the home side, glad it didn't provide the result expected by the home team.

India perform better with Rahane as captain.

Typical tactics in India. Bat first, bat big, win test

Gives Australia a but of a chance of making the test championship
India also at risk of losing points from slow over rate

I’ll put this here as I don’t think it needs it’s own thread.

Well done New Zealand, so good to see them get up and beat the behemoth that is indian cricket. Love it when the underdog wins, especially when so many thought it would be a foregone conclusion.

Having whipped India last year, most kiwis would have been quietly confident of the win.
