AIRSHOW 2013 - AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOW AND AEROSPACE & DEFENCE EXPOSITION - 26 February to 3 March 2013 GEELONG VICTORIA

Is anybody else going?

I will be flying down to MEL after work on Feb 28th. Have gold passes (with two friends) for March 1, and might end up getting a general pass for March 2nd.

Not leaving MEL until March 3rd.

I did have accommodation booked at Mercure Geelong (haven't cancelled it yet) but logistically it seems easier to stay in Melbourne instead despite the slightly longer train ride so we're at HSW.

Is AFF planning to get any special packages together for this?

Its crazy I have been to Farnborough many times but never been to Avalon Air Show

If AFF was to put something together ie a meet and special discount I could be very very tempted

Have dropped not subtle hints at work that if we gat the usual FOC tickets one should come my way. Fingers are crossed.

There is the AFF Medical Meet on that weekend, so there should be a few AFFers around.

I will be there, likely going to get gold tickets for March 1st.
I will be driving from Melbourne CBD and can provide a lift for up to 4 people if anyone needs a ride.

I will be there on 2Mar13 - I have a Gold Pass. There is a good chance that I will be returning from BCN that morning and will be driving directly to AVL from MEL.

Confirmed my ticket for the 27th Feb (Trade Day) this morning. Not sure what days regular days I'll be going, most likely Saturday, 2nd March.

I think we're on meteor stand but will need to check. The ticketmaster site with their FB integration should show where we are.

The 1st with "Friday night alight" IMHO is the best day of the show.
