Mine went through but it didn't ask current status or pic of status card.

Now, to get around to alitalia and I'll have lounge access with all three alliances. =)

Edit: realise this won't help if you're already past this screen. I haven't received a confirmation email from registering an account, only from emailing for the offer.

Copy that. Their website appears more user friendly than TK.

For the record, I joined the program, received a confirming email and membership number, and then emailed requesting the match, and received an instant automated reply.

Hi All, great opportunity. How does one get around the country: Australia issue? I tried Brazil, United States, nothing seem to work?

I've refreshed the form and started again ignoring the titular options and still have the same issue.

ETA: It appears using translate.google.com.au was causing me errors. Having the translated page next to the original page and filling in the original page (guessing where necessary) worked.
