Thanks bcworld - Have 150K in the account now after doing a 40+40 in April so I guess I'll wait till next year

What exactly do you want to do with the points ?
2*J to Europe even though 175k points each, can be done with 150k miles due to the copay function.
40% of 175k is 70k miles.

isnt the major prob for many that the positioning flight to the previously mentioned US port & MP, expensive and a pain in the cough?

Any idea if I'll have trouble skipping the last sector of a one-way ticket, in particular these LM tickets? (AAA-BBB-CCC-DDD but getting off at CCC)

Check visa and country entry requirements for DDD but you will be fine .

I have found a bunch of "interesting" destinations but i *really* don't think that posting them openly as many are starting to do is the best idea. Can we use clues or set up a spreadsheet or something? I am not against sharing with other members of this forum but i really don't want LM HQ to be able to google it. What do others think?

i tend to agree here, maybe we do a spreadsheet like the VA status run sheet done in Google Docs?

I had a play around last night and saw that there is lots of value to be had if you think outside of the box!

People might want to have a look at AFF Spreadsheet. It now has a new Tab G with 21 "interesting" cities to get it started. Please add your own, feel free to improve the format and do with it what you will. I hope people find this useful.
