Actually I have discovered that it doesn't support the Jetstar MC or the Qantas CU Visa (does savings accounts) which is disappointing.

That certainly is disappointing - I'm guessing because they are white labelled products (although other white labels such as the Woolworths card are included).

You can send them a request when you're logged in and they might be able to tell you whether they are in scope to be included etc. I've found that they respond to these kinds of questions quite well...

All my other products are appearing in Money Manager like Amex, Citi, all the big 4, shares I hold, SPG, Amex points, QF points, DJ points etc etc

you know I did that and received and email saying to send a request in (I logged it as a fault for the qantas one and something else for the Jet*). so i then did that too and received and email back from the same guy saying thanks but we get lots of requests and it may or may not happen! why couldn't he tell me that to start with!!

so if people who use it want to send in a request too, I'd appreciate it too!

Just a FYI for those who have been following this thread: AwardWallet have now implemented support for CitiRewards :-)

(It was actually initially implemented about a week ago, but had a few bugs which have now all been resolved - both of my CitiRewards balances updated from 0 to the correct amounts overnight.)

For anyone who is going to use the CitiRewards support, be aware that AwardWallet does not "pre-ask" you what your secondary security questions / answers are when adding a CitiRewards account - rather, when it tries to actually login to CitiRewards it will prompt you with whatever secondary security question was asked and request that you answer it. It does, however, store the question asked and the answer you gave, and re-uses these question/answer pairs automatically in the future. So, after you add a new CitiRewards account, update your balance a few times and answer the secondary security questions when prompted: once you've been asked / have answered all three of your security questions via AwardWallet all balance updates will be 100% automatic from that point on.
