BA heading (further) down the LCC path

BA has both the home ground national airline advantage plus a captive audience in the tune of Executive Club... combine that with what I would assume are several corporate policies that use BA and I think whoever is at the top knows they can shave off a bit and still make it work, even if it sounds really ridiculous on paper.

Certainly I'll be exploring other options for my J travel into Europe (ex-UK). Their "J" was barely tolerable in 1A (most recent), and was borderline awful in 3F and 2D (my next two most recent seats). And these were short hops AMS-LHR vv.

I wouldn't have said that 2 years ago, it would have been BA without question.

I cant imagine how bad their Y now is......

But I suspect BA don't care.
