Hi all,

Does anyone know how you can do seat selection on BA with a premium economy classic award? I'm flying SYD - NRT - LHR in june, and it doesn't associate the booking with the FF number and therefore it wants to charge me to select seats on the BA website.

Just call up BA and they can fix it up for you. I think it is 1800 767 [-]767[/-] 177?

I have had similar problems in the place (on a D class booking where only J and C get seat selection) and got it all sorted with a call.

A call has always had me sorted.....just be ready to go through the motions with BA outsourced/offshore call centre.

If this is a QFF award you will have to ring BA on 1300 767 177 and quote the Record Locator attached to your QF booking. BA will give you a new Record Locator which you can enter into MMB on BA. That should fix it.
