Hi all,
i am preparing for a short flight from Europe to London for a party of 4. we will have 2 large checked bag and BA flight is available on this route at a low cost, basic fare. I have an Emerald status with Oneworld but i also understand that no additional baggage will be given if i book on the basic fare (with carry-on only). Question: if i purchase the next category up with checked bag, then i have one checked bag from the ticket + 1 additional checked bag from my status?

i know it is confusing but i could not work out the English on BA website. I am sure their English is better...

Thanks - better to be prepared than fork out at the airport

So I've booked the seats and entered my QF number so now seat selection is free as opposed to £25 and then I'll change it back to BA number

And no extra charge for exit row
