I eventually got it to work on the website.

No unique tricks from me - after I saw it here, I couldn't see it anywhere on either web or app, so I cleared the cache and tried again - nothing. In fact, going directly to 'Promotions' produced an error page. Waited a couple of days and finally the tile appeared after I logged in to the website. As mentioned upthread, might need to reach out to them - I've had variable experiences in that space but I'm sure they've had quite a few of these already!
