Now that I have re-read this; it seems very poorly written on my part.

As you have stated, I meant a living person being wrapped from shoulders to their toes for a gag!

Wonder if I could put a sandwich in that machine some how?

Plastic is not shrink wrap but is stretched during the wrapping is is hard to get off. They actually included a small safety cutter under the label to help with removal.
Was going to do it coming back from Sierra Leone but they wanted $US25 and I wonder if the wrapping (incorrectly in my case) makes it look like the bag and it's contents are valuable.

Its hard to get off so they include a cutter to assist..... Now else who would use the cutter??. Immigration, customs, thief,
