I had this same problem when I signed up it seems default is quarterly. I used the online chat on their website and got it sorted pretty fast I asked for monthly statements and was able to pick the date that I wanted my statements on.For those who are getting statements, how often do they come? Is it quarterly (there is no option to see when I log in)?

I've decided I'm going to continue with the $0.01 via Optus although it does take a bit of time, can only do $0.01 transaction every 11 minutes.
I had problems using the card at all in KL and it required a card reissue.Has anyone had problem withdrawing money at ATM overseas? I tried 4 ATM at Changi without success? (it is not a PIN problem, I was able to buy something in a store)

They knew of the issue but did not tell me or, it seems, their own phone staff. (I hit them for the $18 phone call and they did not argue at all)

Abuse is the right word if abuse it indeed is. Bankwest do have the right to close down the accounts of people who "abuse" the account but determination of what is abuse would have to be in terms of the facts, i.e. does the transaction contravene the Terms & Conditions rather than your opinion on what is acceptable. The transactions here ARE allowed under the current T&C's and as far as I know there has been no suggestion by Bankwest that anyone has abused the T&C's. Opinion about what the T&C's should say is not fact. If Bankwest decide they dont like their own T&C's they do have the right to vary them but until they do these transactions are allowed under the T&C's.Are people abusing this promotion as well? Does anyone know whether Bankwest allow joint accounts with this product and whether it might be a way to get another 10k bonus points?
Joint accounts permitted, BUT points only go into 1 members ff account.
