Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

Definitely something wrong with the Telstra website today. Have been getting timeouts all morning on multiple devices.
 
Got my points again this month, but the gloss is wearing thin:

I didn't say I was looking seriously ;) - I had read about it when I receive the email earlier this week and had already filed it in the appropriate spot...
 
Telstra's been good recently with the payments - no problems, with receipts sent quickly too.

Occasionally though there's a missing receipt - usually only one. This morning I got receipts for six more payments than I had actually done.

I haven't checked BW to see if there were six more payments than I was expecting, but in the past, a missing receipt has not meant a missed payment, so I'm expecting that I have six bonus receipts, perhaps to make up for previous missed ones.:lol:
 
I had an additional 13 payments yesterday but am not sure if that was just making up for previous missing payments or a bonus.
 
Anyone having imacros issues? Sorry about pics, but really annoying me.

Hack?
Stupid issue with Telstra?

Tried many things, cache, history, settings buttons.

Probably done less then 10 today/tonight!

No issues for me. Banged out the transactions without a hitch over the weekend and again this morning.

No issues for me either. But I never have another tab open.

Hopefully your issue is that simple - close any other tab(s) or move it/them to a different window.

Oops - forgot that I also block ads - is there normally ads on the payments page?
 
Update: I hopefully managed to fix it. There were a few other "add ons" that somehow were added to firefox and chrome.

Have stopped and deleted them (including something in the computer settings / control area).

Telstra is working normal again (it did this morning before work!), but will restart computer again tonight, as some cough was still occuring in chrome!

Yep, sure looks like adware/malware to me!

Turns out that there were 56 payments from one card. I've never had that happen before. I wonder why BW let through 56 payments, instead of blocking the 51st and subsequent payment attempts like normal.
 
I've experienced somethings similar on 3 occasions in the last week. I even had an additional 13 go through one day and they all showed up successfully on my statement.
