Had to google that Buzz. If your lips are sealed then how does that work? Ein confusen.

Aw not fair guys. I hate secrets. I know. All good things come to those who wait. Don't they?

What is a "safe" time to book a flight out on the Sunday evening?

Is 6pm pushing it too close?

Im looking at the 6.30pm VA flight back to SYD...trying to avoid the o/niter in ADL or going back on JQ.

With a 5.30 return to the CBD it is not impossible but it is going to be tight.

We really need to make sure that there are no stragglers getting back onto the bus at Penfolds for a 4pm departure.
Naturally traffic matters are beyond control but 1.5hrs return to the CBD is adequate.

It's going to be tight for a lot of us then Buzzard....if Mrs QF WP and I don't get the 6.30pm VA flight direct to BNE then we won't make it home on Sunday night. At least we can check in via mobile and maybe use cabin bags so we are HLO and go straight to the Gate upon arirval.

We may have to coerce people into the bus early then to give us the extra time ... cattle prod anyone??

A 4pm departure should be fine. Maybe hand luggage only?

Assuming we run to schedule, lunch 12 to 1.30, arrive at Penfolds by 2, 1.5 hours at Penfolds is sufficient.
That makes it 3.30 so a half hour "safety net". If we all board the bus promptly for a 4pm departure and not a 4pm boarding all should be fine.

Might I suggest that anybody going straight to the airport bring their luggage with them. We have a 48 seater coach for 25 pax so space is not a problem. I have a Plan B but I need to make a phone call next week so stay tuned.

I am confident that all will be ok.

Maybe go straight to airport and drop the Sunday flyers off first? It wouldn't bother me as I'm staying in ADL overnight

Wouldn't bother us either, going home Monday as we have to drive at the other end and both of us would like to keep our licence
