Wow, back to "I still call Australia home". Daniel Johns' expensive masterpiece didn't last long.

Interesting advert ... Very creative, something new "on the block". Will it have the desired effect? Maybe. ET was much cuter :D

Sooooo. All this was for an advert feauring Wallee? Nothing more?
Wow

Nah, i would have entered if I knew Wallee was there

Interesting considering Virgin also appears to feature the space theme lately. I saw Richard Branson in a space suit on TV last night.

That's because he has an airline that will actually fly towards space (not sure how much space it actually gets)...

100km up is generally referred to as the start, otherwise known as the Karman Line, Virgin Galactic intend to exceed that by 10km.

And just watched the advert, in a Qantas Club no less.

Not bad, was expecting more I guess, but then I couldn't really turn up the volume and immerse myself in it as I didn't want to disturb the relative ambiance ;)

I feel that rather than trying to increase FF membership numbers and spend on advertising, that same money should be spent on upgrading the interiors/seats on the A330-300's, or better still open up some new Intl routes. FF's will come on their own accord if there are enough routes for them to fly!
