Per the Accor website:If I cancel a booking where I've used my 2 SNUs, do they simply come back to me in the app?
Had used them for the Pullam on the Park Melbourne, but after seeing some horrid reviews, going to pull the pin.
Canceled bookings with Suite Night Upgrades: If cancellation occurs while the Suite Night Upgrade is still valid, the benefit will be credited back to your account with its original validity date. If canceled after the initial validity date, the Suite Night Upgrade won't be credited back.
