Best use of Suite Night Upgrades?

If I cancel a booking where I've used my 2 SNUs, do they simply come back to me in the app?

Had used them for the Pullam on the Park Melbourne, but after seeing some horrid reviews, going to pull the pin.

Per the Accor website:

Canceled bookings with Suite Night Upgrades: If cancellation occurs while the Suite Night Upgrade is still valid, the benefit will be credited back to your account with its original validity date. If canceled after the initial validity date, the Suite Night Upgrade won't be credited back.

As an aside I used my 4 SNUs last year at the Sofitel Melbourne to upgrade into a Junior Suite and didn’t regret it.

Yeah, I stay at the Pullman on the Park before big games at the MCG and the stays have always been fine.

Probably me making the mistake. I searched on the Accor/Elite thread here and found 3 reviews that panned the place. Just re-did it and most are positive/good. Thanks for getting me to check again.

Yeah, Pullman Albert Park was put on my banned list years ago and I didn’t honestly know it was still operating. Absolute dump

Pullman on the Park (East Melbourne) is very decent - the only let down may be breakfast. Pullman Albert Park on the other hand, run a mile.

They are granted when you hit Platinum, 2 are awarded, once you hit 18000 status point you get 2 thereafter 2 every additional 4000 status points
