Boeing is now reporting that the 777X is now delayed until 2026. Disappointing, but not unexpected.

2026 is optimistic i think. The whole program is back in limbo with the engine problems isn't it?
Getting that fixed and then certified whilst dealing with the max problems, I'd be surprised if they can get it certified in 2026
 
And Australian Aviation is reporting that Boeing is going to reduce their workforce by 10%. That is a huge reduction and indicates significant issues they are trying to address.

How much of that cut is going to be from civilian aircraft manufacturing though? There's a lot more to Boeing than the aircraft we fly on.

I'll bet this is just the normal bully boy industrial relations. Basically sign here, or you're fired.
