Book hotels through Accor website or via individual Accor hotel website ?

I am thinking of booking 2 nights at the Ibis World Square, Sydney, in December this year.
I am also a Le Club Accor Gold member.
In order to earn points, does it matter if i book directly via the main Accor website, or Ibis World Square's own website ?
(Will i earn points, regardless of which website i book with ?)
